What information does Pacific gather about me?
You are able to browse Pacific's web site without revealing any personal information. However, there are times that your information is necessary when you place an order or request product information.

For example, if you place an order with Pacific online, we will collect personal information such as your credit card number, contact information, billing and shipping address to fulfill the order and notify you of your shipping status.

Pacific gathers your information to personalize and continually improve your online experience, including the following:
The information collected on Pacific's site is used to process your requests, to provide you the highest quality of service, to tell you about opportunities we think will be of interest to you, and to understand your needs so that we can serve you better. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.

What are cookies and how does Pacific use them?
A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them.
